The Fund advanced a convertible debt facility to Flo-Tek Industries Proprietary Limited (“Flo‑Tek”) in 2025.

Flo‑Tek is a leading manufacturer and supplier of PVC, CPVC, and HDPE plastic pipes and fittings, as well as rotomolded products and packaging materials.

The Company operates an expanding network of branches across the SADC region, supplying a broad range of quality‑certified products to multiple industries, and has established itself as one of the largest plastic pipe manufacturers in Southern Africa.
