Footprints Education Group is an education platform wholly owned by the Fund. Seeking to invest across the education value chain in Botswana and regionally.

The platform’s objectives are as follows:

Establish a leading private education group
Targets low to medium income segment
Acquisitions, developments and/or partnerships with established brands across the education value chain

Aleyo Capital is a Botswana domiciled, independent private equity firm with significant experience investing and operating businesses across Botswana and the broader region. The Firm currently manages the Aleyo Growth Fund I (AGFI) which invests in high-growth, market-leading businesses with the potential to generate superior returns for investors. AGFI provides investors with access to opportunities in Botswana and the larger Southern African market, drawing on the expertise of an experienced, diverse team and a sustainable investment strategy.
